TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TOURISM OFFERS.

The Booking Form is a legal contract; once submitted and confirmed, all provisions in the Terms and Conditions apply.

DEPOSIT: Deposit has to be paid, while reserving tour and it is totally non refundable. Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a signed booking form and deposit. If you make the reservations less than 30 days before the date of travel, full ammount has to be paid. When we recieve your payment, all detail informations you will receive on your e – mail. If you don't receive the e – mail, please check your SPAM folder! Taste Dalmatia guarantees top class program and full service for each part of the program, from your driver, chef, guide, and all the others who are involved in. Therefore, all the payments that are mentioned above, have to be paid, so we can refund eventual costs and damages that are made with eventual cancellation.

FINAL PAYMENT: For the final payment bank transfer is the preferred form of payment for HRK (Kuna) payments. Bank details for Internet Banking: SHUTTLE d.o.o. At the same time, would you please send an e-mail to info@tastedalmatia.com detailing the payment sent including details of the paid service, reservation, passenger names and agency. If you want to make payment on some other way, please contact us before that, at least two weeks before the start.

CANCELLATIONS: Deposit and final payment are nonrefundable and cannot be applied to another departure. Full refunds will be made only if the Taste Dalmatia cancels a tour. Taste Dalmatia may cancel any program at any time before departure for any reason, including insufficient participants to operate the program. Taste Dalmatia will make every effort to follow any published itinerary, but variances may occur (bad weather conditions). Taste Dalmatia will make every effort to find a substitute program or service of similar quality for any part of the itinerary. If a tour is cancelled, Taste Dalmatia will make every effort to find a suitable replacement, but its liability is limited to a full refund of payment. All parts of the program that you have missed on your own will, will not and can not be refunded.

NOTES AND ADJUSTMENTS: If you are not satisfied with any part of the program while you are already on the tour, and your guide is not able to fix the problem, feel free to contact us directly in Taste Dalmatia, so we could fix everything in easier way.

TRANSFERS: All transfers that are needed for your trips and excursions that are connected with your program are included in price and will be done with maximum care, with professional drivers. It is the responsibility of the tour participant to be at the transfer point at the designated time. Private transfers for any kind of service that is not included in program are extra charged. Plase take care that you provide for us all necessary details for your arrival transfer, like flight number, arrival airport and arrival time. Neither Taste Dalmatia nor its providers are responsible for late arrivals due to flight delays or any other reason. If you are delayed, we will do our best to transfer you to the program whenever you arrive.

PRICES: All prices are per person and based upon double occupancy. If it's possible we can arrange other variations of accomodation. Price is subject to change without notice as a result of adverse economic changes or currency fluctuations that may affect air/land transportation, hotels, or other related service providers. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: It is the responsibility of each tour participant to obtain and carry a valid passport, visa(s), and any other documents required by applicable government regulations.

RESPONSIBILITY: Taste Dalmatia is obligated only to the conditions that are set for each tour , and is obligated to meet the terms, not only in case of the situations that are beyond our control and forces of nature. Everyone who participates in the tours agrees that Taste Dalmatia ot their  representatives shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity, liability or expense to person or property due to any act of default of hotel, air/land transportation carrier, restaurant supplier or other contractor rendering or providing services.

PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT AND AWARENES OF RISK I fully understand and acknowledge that culinary and travel activities have: (a) inherent risks, dangers and hazards and such exists in my participation in Taste Dalmatia sponsored activities; (b) my participation in such activities may result in injury or illness; (c) these risks and dangers may be caused by the negligence of the owners, employees, officers or agents of The Taste Dalmatia, the negligence of the participants, the negligence of others, accidents, breaches of contract, the forces of nature or other causes; and (d) by my participation in these activities, I hereby assume all risks and dangers and all responsibility for any losses and/or damages, whether caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other conduct of the owners, agents, officers, or employees of The Taste Dalmatia, or by any other person. I, on behalf of myself, my personal representatives and my heirs hereby voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend and indemnify Taste Dalmatia and its agents, officers and employees from any and all claims, actions or losses for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, loss of services or otherwise which may arise out of my participation in Taste Dalmatia activities. I understand that Taste Dalmatia reserves the right to take photographic or film records of any of its programs, and hereby agree that Taste Dalmatia may use any such photographic or film records for promotional and/or commercial purposes without any remuneration to the traveler.
