Hiking along the Cetina
THE MOUNTAINOUS ROUTE - EASY: Hiking: 3,5 – 4 hours,
RISE: 200m, descent: 400m; the length of the route about 10km.
Very fast tempo of life made the stay in the country necessary because
of the keeping people healthy. That need made stronger the position of
the ecotourism and it helped the popularity of some new sports which
are deeply connected with the nature. The Cetina canyon is one of the
most beautiful natural sources in Croatia, where you will experience
a real adventure and beauty of the Dalmatian Zagora. The river Cetina
flows slowly through the numerous canyons, places and round the hills
which are raised above the river.
Transfer from the hotel to the village of Kostanje. Walking along the
Cetina area, than through the canyon beside numerous springs, through
overheads and vineyards to the area of Slanica. Sailing by boats down
the picturesque canyon of the clean river Cetina to Omiš. Transfer
from Omiš to the place of your stay. It is possible to organize
the lunch in the famous restaurant Radmanove mlinice with the traditional
dishes and fish specialities.

clothes, cap (sun protection) – raincoat (rain protection), minimum
1 l of water.
